Los Angeles State Historic Park is full of educational adventures, and is a beautiful recreational area. At the Los Angeles State Historic Park visitors can enjoy a run, jog, or walk while gazing at the picturesque view of Down Town Los Angeles.  In an effort to provide open space in an urban area, State Parks acquired the 32 acres of land that make up the Los Angeles State Historic Park.  The park currently captures park-goers hearts with its quaint walking trails , garden, open grassy areas and skyline views.  State Parks have been planning to add to the already majestic Los Angeles State Historic Park, and construction is now underway! The entire park was closed down for consturction April 2014 and will not re-open until 2015. For more information about the construction Click Here!
